Issues like these are the worst all around because they're completely non-ideological. Solyndra's failure is a "right wing" scandal because if a Republican was in charge, Democrats wouldn't care all that much about it. This kind of shit though (or the Alberto Gonzales stuff under Bush) is purely partisan. If the parties were flipped the opinions would be completely flipped too.
