How 'pure' are second and third tier marketing departments? Will they consider people who can teach marketing well but haven't been trained/ haven't published in it? There's a job in my preferred location -- I know I'd do it really well, but don't know whether they'd even consider me. I have top 20 credentials, just not in a field close to marketing.
