You don't run from cops. You comply. The kid was belligerent enough the cop put him in a choke hold and he fought. He should have been screaming I surrender at that point. Nope, it takes a gat to get them in line.

As a cop, I'd be afraid of anyone that was messing with me. People know that they will be in serious trouble if they mess with cops (for one, they would know I am armed) so if they are willing to, I would be afraid that they are dangerous.
It isn't a black vs. white issue. I'm saying that being a cop is scary. And for me, I can't trust that if put in a situation I know how I would react.

What incentive did the cop have to do this? Sorry I give the benefit of the doubt to cops not street thugs. If it turns out the cop used excessive force, by all means put him away.
But look at how all the Michael Brown clones reacted to this- rioting and vandalism. And you want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Dumb.
I think its hilarious you think this kid simply MUST deserve this, its literally IMPOSSIBLE that the kid was doing nothing wrong, at all, and the cop killed him anyway

If a cop tells you to get the f**k out of the street and back on the sidewalk, then get the f**k out of the street and back on the sidewalk. I know a white guy who spent a night in jail for mouthing off to a black cop who gave him exactly this same order. Who knows the exact sequence of events that led to Brown getting shot, but all they had to do was obey the cop and he would have gone about his business and left them alone.
