One of my best friends is a standard Wall St male (he actually works at an HFT firm). We got a MS together, so he must be no older than 30. He got Covid twice (parents are doctors so managed to get him tested first time early on into the pandemic). The first time he had it he described as the "most severe" flu he's ever had it. He got dengue once while traveling and said that covid was much worse. After a week struggling, he bought a nebulizer and finally started to feel better. For months, he could barely take the dog out to walk. Then, he got it again from the boss. Symptoms were better, but he would suddenly become very ill, almost going to the hospital 2 or 3 times. He was a fit and healthy guy. It is true that he was unlucky, but last time I saw him after the two hits he honestly looked like tras/h.
Thank you for that LARP
I am in my 40s but I was very sick from Covid-19 March-May.
Still suffer from a number of long-term consequences (fatigue, nerve damage, muscle damage, etc.).
I know several people who contacted Covid-19 for a second time after about 4 months of the first infection.
This virus is novel and completely different from everything we know.
Please, please stay home.
I had covid back in 2017. Yes you hear it right - 2017. Exactly the symptons like they describe. It's different from flu. Had so much difficulty breathing I could barely sleep at night. Didn't know what to do for days. Thank God I recovered.
Now I am afraid to tell people about it. Sharing this with you because I know EJMR is tolerant.
You caught it the day after you smoked all that crack, right?

See, this is why I don't talk about it.

You are lying. There are almost no known cases of reinfection. The odds that you even know one person that experienced a reinfection are exceedingly low.
There are so many stories of people saying they had severe Covid or lost a family member.. only for it to turn out to be lies motivated by politics and craving for attention.
I imagine that if OP got Covid, he probably just felt achy and had a stuffy nose.. like 99.9% of people.
