   No, I haven't heard from them either....I think some provinces have extended their holiday shutdown to Feb 17 and may extend it even further depending on the situation in China....so it's safe to assume that any major decisions won't be made until the end of this month. AIIB YPP's open & the deadline is Feb 14, so there's still time to apply for that.

    Yup....but given that the application period ended on Feb 28, I think it'll be at least a month (or even longer) before we hear from them, especially with the COVID-19 crisis.

    COVID is everywhere, and China just announced that they are going to reject entry of non-chinese passport holders, so I am just confused here.

    It seems NDB staff have reported back at Shanghai..Can we expect some traciton i the coming weeks?

    This is going to sound insensitive with the COVID-19 crisis still gripping the world, but I wish NDB would make an announcement either way like AIIB has done....this limbo of no news is extremely stressful.
