Indian with an urban development policy background here.
Received an email earlier today asking me to take an online numerical and verbal assessment within the next three days.
I understand from the old posts here that the YP process at NDB is very Kafkaesque and I should set myself up for disappointment, but I'm very pleasantly surprised to even get screened as I don't have any economics / finance background to speak of. At least they're reading the CVs!

Received assessment invitation on Monday and applied for JP. As mentioned by others, the assessment wasn’t hard and was all about basic questions, like who did the best in the second quarter, etc. No need to worry about it.
Wondering if people receiving assessment on Monday applied for jp? Guess otherwise we were on the waitlist compare to ppl received email last Friday?

Just gave the assessment. As mentioned above, it's Korn Ferry's basic assessment - their site has a sample test as well. It wasn't difficult, but the time limits were very tight and I ended up missing a few responses in the process.
Fingers crossed!Could i know if the real test is more difficult than the sample ones? Thanks
