   no I haven't :/ yes, its true, we are not even able to check the status of our application :/
   I was really hopeful about this cause its seems they gonna hire quite lot of people and we are feel member states, but don't know how transparent the process is going to be :/

   yes you have to be from a member country and they took it off the position from the website, after the deadline, but if you google New Development Bank - Junior / Young Professionals you gonna find some info from other websites that were advertising the positions..
