Not sure if you can really think of it like that. But in the spirit of trying, a 10% acceptance rate this year is just outside the R&R rate at top 3 journals. So you're probably in the bucket of JFQA/RF/MS and slightly above, of course with the caveat that it's conditional on being in a weaker peer group (Early stage papers)

Bear in mind that conference acceptances are very noisy. Reviewers typically do not read past the introduction or even the abstract.
