Nottingham, Tilburg, salary?

Tilburg: 75k
Can't be real. That's like postdoc
It is real
Many Germans Uni pay 50k for W1
So AP Tillburg is competitive by offering 75kI second that. It is very real. And it is very competitive for Europoor standards.
And it can be a bit more if you can negotiate, but not much more. If you have forthcoming Econometrica, they might be able to find you another 10-12k (infamous market supplement) to a total of 85-87k, but yes, this is the order of magnitude of the starting salary.

Think long-term: "The Netherlands has one of the best pension systems in the world, second only to Ireland in 44 systems ranked by the Mercer Global Pension Index for 2022."
How so? I think the Netherlandistani welfare state has pretty crappy everything, crappy health care, crappy pensions, sky high taxes, all bad.
E.g., "In 2022, the age of retirement is 66 years and 7 months. In 2021, the age of retirement is 66 years and 4 months. In 2020, the age of retirement was 66 years and 4 months. In 2018, the age of retirement is 66 years."
By the time I retire, the retirement age in Netherlandistan will be something like 88 years.
