Just wanted to let you know they offered me a position for 14226 ...
Thanks for letting us know! Congratulations. Have you already accepted it?
My Taleo (14226-14343) was updated today but I didn't receive any message, and the withdraw button is still there.
It's still hard to make any firm conclusions, because there were several posts advertised under 14226. But I assume it's rather likely I am out.

What was your panel 14226 but the other? When they invited me for panel interview they created a new submission for a more specific job opening (14343). I thought they did this for everyone who applied for the more generic 14226 vacancy. But it seems that's not the case?
It's the 14343 submission that has been updated twice after the interview. -

Congratulations and thank you so much for sharing. Could you please let us know which panel you were in? Just so we can figure out whether they are sending offers panel per panel or if it's definitely over. Thanks!

Can anyone shed insight into how much notice you get for an invite to (i) the written test/recorded interview (is this the same day and/or which goes first) and (ii) for the panel interview? Is there some flexibility in dates/times to juggle other prior work commitments? Thanks for any insider knowledge...

The written test and recorded interview take place the same day, with the recorded interview going first. You can essentially choose the timing yourself over what was in my case a ten-day period. For the panel interview, I was asked to share my availability across a couple of days a week in advance.

I have received an email for the position “Labour Market Economists (Req #. 14366)” at the OECD. The next stage consists of an online pre-recorded video interview (SONRU) and a timed written test. Any advice?
You can practice as long as you want in the video system. For me that helped a lot to get used to the unusual interview setting. The kind of questions varies. In one interview I got specialist questions on my expertise. In another interview they asked about my motivation and strengths. Be prepared for both types of questions.
In the written test I got quite broad policy-related questions. I always had enough time to write down a decent answer but I have absolutely no idea how they evaluate it. -

I applied to that opening as well, but I haven't heard back. Does anyone know if that means I didn't make the cut for the video interview / written test stage?

OECD offered me two options for the written exam one is Thursday, 10 June 2021 15:00-17:00 (Paris time) and the other one is Friday, 11 June 2021 10:00-12:00 (Paris time).

Thanks for sharing this. Alright, it sounds like I was not shortlisted then. Good luck to those who made the cut!
