If you are applying to an A2/3 position, how much experience would you be expected to have to be placed in A3?
I have heard that the OECD exerts considerable downward pressure and would appreciate any insight from OECD bros.
I was wondering about that same thing. I have an MA Economics with close to 9 years of work experience. How does that translate into the OECD ladder? Would A3 be a horizontal move for me and A2 a step down? I'd appreciate any insider knowledge on that.
I have received an email for the position “Labour Market Economists (Req #. 14366)” at the OECD. The next stage consists of an online pre-recorded video interview (SONRU) and a timed written test. Any advice?I applied to that opening as well, but I haven't heard back. Does anyone know if that means I didn't make the cut for the video interview / written test stage?
OECD offered me two options for the written exam one is Thursday, 10 June 2021 15:00-17:00 (Paris time) and the other one is Friday, 11 June 2021 10:00-12:00 (Paris time).
