Actually, i have many questions in my mind but will ask a final question only.

If I am offered this position, which housing option is better for me?

Live a flat like below in central Paris (close to OECD) or live in Paris suburbs?

A furnished flat or unfurnished one?

Also, I do not speak French well so I will need an English speaking real estate agency to rent a flat or house. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Also, I do not know the exact salary I will get if I am offered this position.
I have a dependent wife and one child. The reference salary for A4/1 level is 8358 Euros. So, what will I get with all allowances (family, dependent child, expatriation) after all deductions (pension, health care, dead insurance) in Euros NET?

Look up the OECD salary manual on the internet, has all the info.
Roughly you will get around 8,500 EUR salary after paying all insurances and health care if you factor in allowances.

I did. Is this calculation correct?
Reference salary (A4/1): 8,358
Family allowance: 332
Dependent child allowance (1 child): 332
Expatriation allowance (10%): 836
Pension deduction (9.3%): -777
Health care deduction (2.5%): -209
Death insurance deduction (0.45%): -44
TOTAL (Euro): 8,828

Looks fine, though the Death insurance deduction is calculated from the base+expat salary, so this wouldn't change much.
No matter wha they told you, you CAN negotiate your entry step level. HR tells people that entry level is always Step 1, however, I know people how where smart enough to negotiate their level and end up with something higher than Step 1.

Remember that the family allowance also depends on the income of your partner.

Further you have more benefits. You can get a kind of diplomatic status including diplomatic number plates and get reimbursed VAT if you buy a car in France. There are a couple of more hidden benefits.

(1) The area around the OECD is residential and wealthy but many find it boring, but perfect for families. With your income you will have a lot of choice. Imo, no need to move in the suburbs at this moment.
(2) The OECD has a list of (english-speaking) relocation agents who help you with finding a flat. I recommend using it as finding a flat as an outsider (especially if you dont know which part of the city is good and which not) can be quite tough. They will charge around 1,500 EUR for this service. But you will get a reallocation allowance (similar to one month of your entry salary) which will help you cover these costs.

Online video interview questions are usual job interview questions below:

1) Tell us why you have applied for this position?

2) What experience do you have in comparable roles?

3) Please describe the steps in one of your research project.

4) If we were to offer you this job, what would be the most challenging task? And why?

Online written test has 2 specific questions and both are quite easy if you are an expert in the area but extremely difficult if you are an outsider. In my opinion, critical thinking etc is not important at all in my case as the questions were too specific to provide a broad answer. You can answer them if you are an expert; otherwise, you cannot provide a proper answer.

However, please keep in mind that I applied for senior economist position. Questions for an economist/analyst position may be different and more general in nature.

Finally, in panel interview in Paris, there were 5 different people from various departments. The questions were similar to those asked in online written test and video interview. It is a 1-hour interview.

OECD pays for flight and accommodation.

In my opinion, it takes at least 2 months to get a feedback after panel interview. The whole process is extremely slow!!!

You are correct it depends on the job position. One of the questions I had during the video interview was the following "explain why correlation does imply causation?"
- Do you have any idea about the statistics of the specific job advertisement? eg how many job applicants were invited to the next stage of panel interview in Paris?
- How many days did it take from your online written test to your invitation for the panel interview?
