Any oecd bro who can let us know what happens after panel interview in Paris?
What are the internal procedures to make a final decision? And how long does it take after panel interview?
More than a month ago, I applied for a specialist position at WB (job no 180705) but still there is no feedback at all.
Almost all respected private firms provide a feedback within a week after application is submitted.
why are international organizations are so slow!!!
Chile, Mexico, Turkey and many other poor European countries are members of OECD.
Also, OECD conducts many work on non-OECD countries. eg. PISA study covers more than 70 countries while OECD has only 35 members.
Any development economist worth of this name who does not want to pursue an academic career should only go for two places: OECD and WB.Why OECD? OECD is a club or rich countries...

Online video interview questions are usual job interview questions below:
1) Tell us why you have applied for this position?
2) What experience do you have in comparable roles?
3) Please describe the steps in one of your research project.
4) If we were to offer you this job, what would be the most challenging task? And why?
Online written test has 2 specific questions and both are quite easy if you are an expert in the area but extremely difficult if you are an outsider.
Please keep in mind that I applied for senior economist position. Questions for an economist/analyst position may be different and more general in nature.
In panel interview in Paris, there were 5 different people from various departments. The questions were similar to those asked in online written test and video interview. It is a 1-hour interview.
What may be the salary and other benefits of the following Analyst position at EBRD?
Do you recommend it to a senior economist?

Any insider info is well appreciated.
Please open a new topic, which will be more visible, for EBRD positions. Here is only for OECD.

I did. Is this calculation correct?
Reference salary (A4/1): 8,358
Family allowance: 332
Dependent child allowance (1 child): 332
Expatriation allowance (10%): 836
Pension deduction (9.3%): -777
Health care deduction (2.5%): -209
Death insurance deduction (0.45%): -44
TOTAL (Euro): 8,828Looks fine, though the Death insurance deduction is calculated from the base+expat salary, so this wouldn't change much.
This is more accurate...
Reference salary (A4/1): 8.358
