I think there are some legitimate complaints about the expertise and experience of SOME of the current TAR editors. But those get lost in the message when people start making petty and often misinformed attacks on people. Be better folks.
I second this, but have repeatedly brought complaints about some actual TAR editors. We have seen no change. We don't work hard to be trashed by those editors and TAR should be responsible for who they are hiring. One example is MC - UGA, a perfect example. Not only just of luck of knowledge and high working standards but I have heard she has rejected papers similar to papers she is working or coauthoring with her reviewers.

There’s a question in the spreadsheet about schools asking about your other flyouts…there are various reasons, but none are harmful to you. The worst thing you can do is refuse to talk about it or answer it vaguely - it makes you look paranoid. The main reason is so we have an idea of how to help you make a decision and if you will likely have an exploding offer, etc. Don’t make it weird and it will be fine.
