   Please help me understand. I came across two job ads from the same university, Northwestern. They have one in accounting and the other one in finance. Why doesn’t the accounting one isn’t encouraging the female and minority candidates to apply? Same school, different rules, and the accounting one is still the black sheep? WTf is going on with accounting?

   Cmon guys lets spread this everywhere, urch, gradcafe, linkedin and everywhere you can. This is not the only school doing this. Let the potential future accounting scientist know in what waters they are gonna sail.

   Yes! So many female accounting scholars are being marginalized in this profession. Too many white males in this world. Let's kick them out to lower tier schools and have females in their spots.

   It is not the female and the minority problem only. It is accounting academia and this is just a clear example comparing finance and accounting deos of the same school and revealing it to the public. I have already spoken to a couple of journalists and they are watching. Its been a very long time but this year placement is gonna be heavily watched. I promise!!!

    At Kellogg, DA was good, ML seems to be doing well. I don't think the success rate at Kellogg is particularly low compared to peer schools.
