I remember Maryland failing to recruit anyone last year. Did they just repeat a same mistake again, or are all the top candidates actively avoiding the place for some reason?
In all seriousness, for top 100 UTD schools, Erasmus (quant), NUS (quant), SMU (behavioral), Maryland (open), and Georgia State (open) have ads out. Maybe a couple more will come up. But none of the schools this board likes to gossip about are hiring.
What do you think this is? The job market thread or something?

It's a decent top 20 school for behavioral marketing.

Making 160k to teach 3 or 4 classes a semester is not a miserable existence. You work less than 40 hours a week. You’re actually free in the summer. In some ways it’s an ideal life if you’re not independently wealthy.
Probably less miserable than >100 UTDers, lol
