I cannot stress this enough. You know the kind of women that are terrible at quant work and just will fuk you over to advance their career. Even worse if she's a mother as she has even more incentive to move up the ladder without having any noticeable skill or quality.

I believe you, OP and bb96. Most women I have met are careerist, backstabbing, incompetent, undeserving ceunts, professionally speaking that is.

In academia we have very few women, they are backstabbing, whiny and incompetent, but they are so few that it does not really matter, on the positive. Not much feicking of colleagues happens in academia either, on the negative.
