Clearly OP took too many undergrad economics classes. HRM admits must have zero contamination with economic thinking, exclusively math and physics background.
Post You have a decent shot at the list of schools you applied to. Rec letters are important, but not so important that admissions committees would dismiss your above-average math background and GRE scores. If you are really worried, apply for a pre-doc at a top program and for grad school at the same time - - a good pre-doc advisor would not hold it against you if you end up backing out to pursue a PhD, and may even be able to pull some strings to "retain" you.
