Schools cannot discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, gender, etc. in the hiring of professors.
If insiders have info that there is a preference forward this to the appropriate authorities and public interest groups (e.g. the Pacific Legal Foundation: https://pacificlegal.org/about/ )
remember it is hard for them to delete old emails (they stay on servers for a while) so a lot of this corruption can be exposed.

This doesn't make any sense. All the information necessary to educate a person on these issues is publicly available. Having access to one more data point in a country of 300mln makes no difference.
