people who work from home are la/zy and us/eless.
Maybe top companies will have the capital to force return to the office.
WFH is here to stay for the majority of companies though because it facilitates access to a national talent pool and reduces overhead costs. -
WFH opposition is pure jealousy and nothing more.
Ok, perhaps OP owns an office building.
So your boss is stuck in the 20th century and wants you to burn some carbon to have "spontaneous conversations at the water cooler" (does your work still have one) with him. Pool your money to buy him a gold watch for his retirement gift.
WFH have higher productivity levels, less overhead, and do not waste time and energy going to and from work every day.
