1. Starting salary: RMB 480k per year (450k regular annual salary plus 30k fringe benefit provided by the School of Economics).
2. Housing subsidy: RMB 240k (six-year service).
3. Research funding: RMB 30k per year for the first three years.
4. Conference funding: RMB 10k per year for the first three years (reimbursed with receipts).
5. Initial moving expenses: up to RMB 20k (reimbursed with receipts).
6. The same benefits (medical care, schooling and retirement, etc.) from SUFE as other regular faculty member.
7. Teaching load: 2 three-credit courses for the first year, and 3 three-credit courses per year for the second and third year.
Seems reasonable for the 1A,2A-,2B publication requirement.
