Setting up rpy2 on Win 8 64-bit for use with Python

All my Python codes work just right, but I can't invoke R within iPython Notebook.

The command: %%R doesn't work.

Anyone knows how to set up rpy2 so that it's possible to call R from within iPython Notebook?
