I will never live in a city that is not walkable. 2 kids here.
Show me a 3+ kid family that lives in a “walkable” city.

To actually stay on topic, where do you plan to live when you have *three+* kids? Are you able to do that where you live now, or do you need to restrict the number of kids you have to two in order to live in a completely walkable area? That's proving OP's point.
As I said above, I'm sympathetic to the idea that a walkable area is highly preferable, and I actually live in one in the US with 3+ kids, but we are a rare sight here and in over a dozen European cities we've spent time in (few kids in or out of cities there). And I certainly can't at all imagine living where I do if our HHI were less than $300K.

I agree with the concept that having 3+ kids in a walkable city sounds like a nice concept and is totally possible. However, I have 3+ kids and have spent at least one week in 8 out of the 11 cities you happen to have listed, and I can't recall seeing a single 3+ child native family even once! And I would certainly have noticed. If these cities are so great for families... why aren't there any?
In fact, I myself live in one of the walkable-ish American cities mentioned above, and in my walkable area I'm struck by how pro-bugman, pro-"doggo" the whole vibe is. It's like people are allergic to family life and it's all very sterile feeling. Such a shame, because we've eschewed suburban life ourselves, preferring a city. But to OP's point, it's apparently not as compelling for most people.Name the cities then or stop wasting our time
Copenhagen
Amsterdam
Berlin
Paris
Barcelona
Helsinki
Stockholm
Munich
Frankfurt
Vienna
Oslo
Etc...
Is this a trick question or what?
If you were in those cities and didn't see any 3+ families, you probably were in the touristic center. I have 3 kids and live in one of those cities. Not in the middle of the centre, but downtown nonetheless and we are surrounded by other families. 4 kid families are very rare in Europe (except among immigrants who are even more likely to live in the city), but 3 kid families are quite common.

It is ridiculous how punitively expensive it is to have kids in the states. Genuinely mind blowing
