It really shows you for what you are. There are few people at his level in the profession who spend as much time as he does helping students and early-stage people. He really does not chase prestige the way most at his level do.
And this business about Azians and "bad personality." That's what the regressions said. He was hired to do them and explain them. His job was not to justify using "personality scores" for admissions. If you don't like them (and I think the entire idea of a personality score is made-up b.s. to allow places like Harvard to reject anyone they want) then focus on them.
