what I meant in my comment is that LeetCode style technical interviews require a high IQ and a lot of prep time so SWE is far from a job with limited barriers to entry
yeah, the credentialism needed for med school or law school or Econ PhD is not there, but a type of barrier is still there, at least for SWE
For Product, yeah, anyone can do that job
