You can only submit to ONE dual…
RFS/GSU FinTech also has a dual option. So they should send out the result before its deadline
yes, that's what I meant...those who already got rejection can submit to GSU but I cannot..
6. A manuscript submitted to an SFS journal via the dual-review system will be evaluated on the understanding that it is new and does not incorporate nontrivially material from a paper that was previously rejected by the same SFS journal, or previously considered under the dual-review system associated with another conference sponsored by the same SFS journal, or that is either accepted or at any stage of review at any SFS or other journal, without first obtaining permission to do so from the SFS journal’s editor sponsoring the dual-review conference or its Executive Editor. We check new dual-review submissions against older ones to enforce this policy. Failure to obtain permission prior to doing so may result in sanctions for you and your co-authors. If in doubt, ask.

The following email will be sent tomorrow to all looosers
By now, we have sent invitations to papers selected to move forward in the RFS review process, so if you or your co-authors did not get a personal e-mail with such invitation, it implies that the RFS has decided not to go forward with your paper under this system. The competition was fierce as only 18 out of the 213 dually submitted papers proceeded to the next stage. The decisions were based to a large extent on the reviews of the conference selection committee.
