By now, we have sent invitations to papers selected to move forward in the RFS review process, so if you or your co-authors did not get a personal e-mail with such invitation, it implies that the RFS has decided not to go forward with your paper under this system. The competition was fierce as only 18 out of the 213 dually submitted papers proceeded to the next stage. The decisions were based to a large extent on the reviews of the conference selection committee. -

You cant submit to another journal unless they tell you no. I really need it for my JM.ACCEPTED dual submissions are out. REJECTIONS will not be notified. So move on with your life...
So back to the question are results out?
I have written to the organizers. They told me that ONLY accepted papers are notified…

I know plenty of people who do not care and do BOTH dual submission and normal submission (obviously not to RFS...). How can people at JF or JFE check whether you did dual submission at RFS? There is no way!
They are being VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...so they should not expect any PROFESSIONALISM from us!

I did dual submission a bunch of times. They always notify you of rejection, it is correct that you are not allowed to submit elsewhere (does not matter if people ignore that - since they require you to say you won't submit elsewhere they are forced to notify). Truth is that invitations are very rare, historically 20% of submissions got invited, but these days more like 10%.
