EJM was right. This is what they said verbatim,
By now, the RFS has sent invitations to papers selected to move forward in the review process, so if you or your co-authors did not get a personal e-mail with such an invitation, it implies that your paper is not moving forward under this track. With 237 dually submitted papers, the competition was fierce, and we could only fit 35 of the papers based on reviews of the program committee and additional screening.
