   There is no dodging. In the unsealed warrant materials both ts lawyers and a former official, kash Patel, submitted attestations that all the materials were declassified. That is why the dojs case is now about ndi irrespective of classification.

   Given that mag/a/t/rds spent the better part of the last decade screaming "lock her up", the mishandling of classified documents should be dealt with in accordance to the law, no matter whether T was POTUS or not.

   And democrats spent the same time period arguing it was no big deal to have classified (according to comey's investigation) information on a non-secure personal server in a closet connected to the internet. If it's no big deal then, why is it a big deal now?

   You'd imagine that even the düмbest of chuds would know there's a difference between the material a gov official receives via email, and the material that literally came out of a SCIF and had TS/SCI written all over it.

   Comey must have been pretty dumb then, as he deemed it highly sensitive and classified information. That's much worse than keeping your own medical records, items of memorabilia and empty folders.

   If there's no paper trail of T's supposed standing order to declassify anything he touches, he'll have to take the stand and testify under oath.
   Which obviously will never happen, sich he'd fly off the handle immediately.

   That's not how this works. He'll just submit (another) attestation through his lawyers that everything he took had been declassified. They have to prove it wasn't that's how our legal system works. You don't have to prove your innocence, they have to prove your guilt.

   Wrong chud. The case is 'T v. US', T is the suing party. He has to make his case, not the government.

   Then, obviously, T's judge Cannon will invent some new delay.

    Someone explain to me why chuds believe that government-run servers are somehow magically protected from state-sponsored hacker attacks, as compared to any other internet server. Is it possible that HRC's private server was hacked? Sure. Is it equally possible that her emails would've been hacked on a government server? Absolutely.

    So all the fuss is over a 3-month delay? How would R control of Congress stop the DOJ?

    The judge has claimed the right to determine classification status and executive privilege status. If not overturned there is a constitutional crisis.

    Executive privilege protects the exec branch from the other two branches of government. It doesn't apply to an exec-vs-exec scenario.
