Hi everyone, incoming ESRB trainee here, do you know how is the dress code in this particular department ?
cm'on guys, are a shirt and a suit so scary to wear on? :)
btw good luck! :)
Someone with experience in ore recorded INTERVIEW? I had mine today, but I am not optimist on the possible outcome. I have a lot of doubts 9n my answers, probably I could have answered much better, but the time for preparing them was really tight. Moreover, sometimes I forgot to look into the camera.
So, in a nutshell, I think it has been a disaster :(

It's not easy. Mine wasn't great either - still got the offer. One of my answers was so bad that I refreshed the page in the hopes of a second chance. It worked and that saved me.

I should have done this! It is really complicated, I hope they are taking into account how much difficult is an interview in this situation. Also having such a short time for preparing an answer
Hello guys, incoming Trainee in banking supervision (DG-HOL). Can you recommend any of the residences?
Apartment Residenz in the city centre are all fine, just avoid the one outside the centre (eg Niederrad). Johann Wolfang is in Sachsenhausen, also nice but you need to walk up a hill.
Hey guys, yesterday I received a call where a division's representative stated that they would like to have me on as a trainee after the summer (very happy with that of course). However, he mentioned that it was not an official offer yet, as the HR needed to 'do some background checks'. Are these the security clearance checks and the diploma checks that I have read here before? Or is it perhaps a process that takes place before that?
Perhaps getting ahead of myself here: but does anyone have a list ranking the best residence hotels? I saw that Apartment Residenz is a particular favourite, but considering that these will most likely be full, I would like to have other options. Much appreciated!
They might only ask you to provide a proof of your last experiences and a copy of your diplomas to ensure that you haven't lied on your experiences. Then, they may send you the agreement and you can start the security clearance.
As long as your future manager tells you that you will get the job, you really should have no worries (unless if you lied haha)
Has anyone had the following experience:
I've been put in the reserve list for a traineeship some months ago, then been contacted to retake the interview as the position had to be filled again. After the interview I've received an informal offer, with guys already arranging for computer and stuff. Finally the team lead asked me for a call and turned out to be another interview and that the selection process was still on progress, as he was going to consider other candidates. Is this even legal?

Absolutely weird, unfortunately recruiting is not the most transparent and fairest process at ecb
