   I got a interview once from reserve list. A friend got interview + offer later. But in both cases job wasn't even lister in vacancies.

   Did you have to do the interview and the selection process again? Do you remember how long you were on the reserve list before they contacted you?

    Yes I did the mean of all, I mean I got 4 in the first one so 4*0,2+4*0,2……they will look at the total not at each one

    yeah, interview was for totally different division. dunno, month? same for my friend.

    and regarding the scoring, well, they seem to be slightly rng :P

    Hi, insider here. You should definitely trust the reserve list, at my division they make a huge use of it since several trainees don't stay the full year.

    As regards scores I think that nothing hugely differs Applicant ranked 1 to ranked 2,3,10 ect...
