I'll keep mine anonymous. I guess that it all depends on the turnover level of each division.
I often see trainees leaving after 4 or 6/7 month, the main reason being that they join a new firm or a PhD program. Thus, the reserve list is activated and one can get called for an interview 11 months after the last one (extreme case I have to admit).
