    Former insider here, this is possible. A trzinee colleague applied to a division and finished in another one.

    I don't think so. They always changed the status + sent me an email right when they made a decision to reject or schedule an interview. Also, I suspect you can only get on the waiting list once you did well in the interview but didn't get an offer.
