The deadline of the rigged and tailored job opening is approaching, only 5 more days. Everyone following this thread already knows who will get the job, an insider (presumably faculty at IBK) even confirmed that LB has made a deal with the rector to give the job to his partner.

Why would they actively promote the position if they want to give it to an insider?

Timing the opening with the market? What about the postdoc experience, and other suspicious requirements, which effectively excludes 99% of potential candidates? The job opening reads like an excerpt from her CV, don't you think? Posting the position on EJM? No sh!t, I heard even University of Northeastern Siberia does that. Faculty promoting the opening on Twitter? Come on, you guys just want to cover your tracks - everyone knows that HF will get the job. The evidence collected in this thread is just mind blowing. And you heard the insider who claimed that LB had a deal with the rector which was made public in a faculty meeting. The guy is just corrupt. He gives grants, jobs, awards, and publications to his girlfriend. Any reason to believe this time around would be different? She's going to be a tenured professor at IBK, together with her powerful corrupt boyfriend, they'll make good money and laughing at the rest of us, ordinary taxpayers who rightly believe that the most qualified candidate should get the job instead.
