Durch die Forschungen haben wir gesehen, dass Quoten ein sehr gutes Instrument sind, um Frauen in bessere Positionen zu bringen. Eine Quote ist außerdem gut, um Frauen dazu zu bringen, sich für bestimmte Jobs zu bewerben. Andererseits zeigt sich, dass diese Frauen häufig als Quotenfrauen abgestempelt werden, was auch unerwünschte Nebeneffekte mit sich bringen kann. In unserer Studie evaluieren wir eine milde Intervention psychologischer Natur und gehen mit Power Priming auf beide Geschlechter ein. Das verändert auch das Verhalten von Männern.

I also heard this rumor from an internal source. How can a department tolerate such highly unprofessional behavior?
