I don't like the guy personally but I couldn't admit that he sweats the details. Once I saw him at the Boston census data center. You would think that he would just have a bunch of research assistants doing all the work on his behalf but the guy had gone to the trouble of getting his own personal FBI background check, special sworn status, was logging into the servers and working the data himself. Up until that point I had thought he was just a manager and not sweating the details but now I know he is a pr11ck who's also sweating the details

I don't like him but call em like I see em
