Productivity definitely down. We have a kid, so not surprising. But also teaching is more time-consuming than it was before. The main productivity advantage is that I do fewer leisure activities because the options are less appealing, but if I'm on the tenure clock and have a kid so I wasn't choosing that much leisure to begin with.
