Rate my peasanty Ukrainian dinner 1/19/2022
1) Borsch soup with beef on duck bones bouillon. Traditional recipe, no unusual ingredients (well, except the duck bones).
2) Home-smoked Belarusian-style salo on home-made rye bread. Marinated habanero pepper and sweet garlic with condiments on the side.
