I was surprised by Werning's attack on Woolridge on Twitter: "Is everyone actually enjoying Woolridge twitter?" ... "I'll give it a try, but I still suspect a big part is that it's a social phenomena... like watching bad TV shows" I usually enjoy Werning's tweets, but this one was quite rude: would he have said the same if JW were a professor in a HRM?

Was he implying Wooldridge is low IQ and trash?

A bit ill-mannered, yes, but is that any different from how the rest of Twitter is? Subtweets, talking behind people's back, saying snarky things? (Not saying that's OK, just saying that this is the Twitter norm.)
I for one was initially amused and thought I could learn from Wooldridge. But I find that platform is too fractured. I start by understanding what he's saying but then I stop understanding it. It's like words are missing. (But duh, it's Twitter.) I actually learn more from the EJMR Econometrics Forum, and I hope he posts there too.
