If you’re single, then Rio. If you have a family, I’d rather live in the US or Western Europe than any of those places.
Seoul is amazing, both for singles and families (assuming you can afford the high cost of raising a family there). I would take Seoul over any city in the US or WE in a heartbeat.
İstanbul because I’m Turkish. Seoul because the women are beautiful and Korea is developed and based. However, if Turkey was at least as it was in 2000s, Istanbul was an amazing place to live.

No, it was ok until 2016. It was actually at its peak in 2008-2015. I remember when I started college, everything was ok-ish. Then coup stuff, Erdo getting more aggressive and bombs… All downhill from there, like the happiness of people significantly dropped.
