Ha, ha! Awesome how the dumb bastard victim complex nutters got so worked up by an obvious fantasy. My massive member is pointed right at your face and laughing at you uncontrollably.

Why 2 of You Didn't Get Our Flyout Invitation
-
You must be a retarded mind even within your own race. Do you know that thing called statistics? Why are you such a joke? Your people make up only 2 % of the population, and up to 20 % of you losers are accepted in higher education, and yet you idiot are whining about unfairness? Imbecile!
I feel so discriminated against. My ethnic demographic is 2 percent of the population and yet we make up only 20 percent of the students in most top 50 schools.
If only we had been black female then my race would be 100 percent of the top 50 schools

This Cortaw fellow gets around.
OP here, quick update.
First, I am not going to name. I have to work here.
Second, here is the exact text, with just one name changed,of the last email from the diversity pain in the ass:
"I just want to follow up on our earlier conversation. My goal here is not to create trouble for you guys. And I am not trying to interfere in your affairs.
As you know, President Cortaw has initiated DIVERSITY 2015, an important campus-wide initiative aimed at inclusion. My role is just to align your search with this important goal. But the problem with your invitation list goes beyond this. Unfortunately, I discovered that all four of your candidates earned a B+ in real analysis." -
I know this whole thread started as a joke, but I think the discussion it sparked is interesting. Especially the vitriol from non-minority men blaming reverse discrimination for, well, everything.
You see, I used to be that guy. Then, 10 years ago I met my (very smart) wife. Over the past decade, she has pointed out small ways that I, other men and even she, herself, are sexist and racist. To be honest, it frequently gets annoying and I still get defensive when she points out stuff I do. But she's almost always right---to the point that I've reversed direction on reverse discrimination. It sucks to be a woman or minority.
The crowing example is the two years I served on the search committee. The second year, she meticulously went through each application before I evaluated it and marked out names and other gender/race identifying factors (including undergraduate university). I then evaluated the application packets and made my shortlist much as I had my first year on the committee (except I refrained from looking at candidates' websites).
Afterwards, we compared the gender/race make up of my shortlists for both years. The second year's shortlist contained noticeably more women and Asian (especially Chinese) men. It contained noticeably fewer white men. Neither list had any other minorities (as we all know, the applicant pool here is very, very thin...).
Of course, this is a small sample and reflects only my own bias. But, d****mn.
Many finance departments are trying to limit the number of Chinese as I know.
