Explain what is illegal in Lithuania's decision. If Borisi want to find a casus belli, that's a different story. But beware what you wish for...
Why are Borisi so crazy about Kaliningrad?

Just imagine how the city would flourish as part of the EU. Really really hard to keep the population happy for Vlad. Life expectancy would rise 10 maybe 20 years, people would be free to travel around Europe, work where they want and be liberated from the Russian stigma. GDP could rise to the level of Riga or Warsaw in a few decades. Baltic trade as in the glory days as part of the Hanse could commence again.

Imagine the rest of Russians seeing that liberal democracy means freedom, prosperity and happiness. That’d be the end of Putin’s bloody regime.

Ive been to Kaliningrad. Its more one of the few places that still feels very European, not a camp of the saints infested by 'Slims and other undesirables.

the borders of lithuania were recognized conditional on the free transit (1993).
the borders of ukraine were recognized conditional on the neutral military status and respect of the ethnic minorities (1997) -

Last time Russia tried liberal democracy, it found that it was merely a ploy for America to plunder the country.

And the proof of this is there are plenty of dictatorships US if fine with, as long as it plays ball.

I think we be given the answer. Any unrest, willingness to leave Russia in Könîgsberg population could start a revolution. The largest fear P0tin‘s club has in the first place
You clearly have no idea how the citizens of Kaliningrad think. They are NOT willing to leave Russia. If you ask them why their city is so brutalist and grey, i.e. where the historical buildings have gone, they invariably do not say "Red Army" but "Britisch bombing".

Huh... 'neutral military status' - so why did Russia invade Crimea and the Donbass? Ukraine was certainly not talking about joining Nato. Man, you borises are clowns.

Your claim is that you made these agreements but can't find the paperwork?
