Okay, thanks for sharing. I worked with another international organization before and they just verified my most recent employment, my degree, and my criminal record.
For those that got the LoA, did they outline the mobility and relocation grants in the offer or does that come later?Apparently it would have had been in the LoA. Any other US citizens not get any relocation? Seems like a miss…I’ve still gotta move my family from a far away state to DC….
US citizens do not get mobility benefits.
In the past, have their been instances where those who didn’t make the final cut were offered other World Bank positions within an year? I am one of the unlucky ones who passed the interview, but didn’t get an offer. Wondering if there’s any point in still being hopeful.
P.S. I won’t be reapplying this year due to the age limit

Sometimes, units may reach out to offer you STC or ETC or STT roles.
Otherwise all other staff roles are advertised and not just offered to a finalists of the YP. You would have to apply for those roles just like any other candidate.

Has someone taken the HireVue interview yet? What kind of questions were asked and how many? Does the number vary in each interview?
When you get the invitation link, you can click the link and practice before the interview. 5 questions in total, similar to the questions when you practice. Related to yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, your experience which fit for WBG YPP etc. Very general questions...
