You don't need to exactly specify this. Remember we only have 6,000 characters to write everything down. But, while you talk about your work, your expertise area and addressing the third topic you will eventually indicate the institution you think you related more.
In the essay question, do we need to specify whether we are interested in the IBRD or the world bank in general? IBRD sounds bit confusing here!

I have sent an email as directed but not sure when response will come from the World Bank support team and you cant log-out so it does count as duplicate application if you long in again. Last year, WBG stablished 500 words limit for the abstracts. Thus, keep it simple. Additionally, I'd recommend focusing on the contribution of your research for sustainable development goals and policy making.
