   I think they should get back to us with offers at this point, that is, assuming they have completed contacting the references.

   When we hear back from them it’s only for interview screening right? Not offers yet?
   

   I doubt the YP team can extend offers already, they only send your application packet to the practice VPs for selection. With Spring Meetings around the corner I don't think anyone will be looking at this till May
