Guys, do you know who does the technical review? Does it include lead specialist/managers from the GPs?There was 3 people in my panel from different regions and different GPs. One HR person also.
How do you know?
I don’t support the idea of sharing questions here. It breeds inequality. Everyone should bravely dive into the unknown. Someone argues that people have different lived experiences so knowing the questions beforehand doesn’t make a difference. It makes a huge difference. It helps somebody to structure their narratives well in advance of recording the video. It also builds confidence. So if you thought you were brave enough to face an exam situation, why didn’t you do the video earlier? Why keep asking for questions? Probably people who’ve been handed stuff on a silver platter for much of their life. Can’t deal with uncertainty in the real world. Might get you through to the next round, but freebies can only take you so far! We’ll see!
totally agree with you.

We’ll see!Again, it doesn't bring any inequalities as people here have all access to questions before taking the interview. When we acknowledged that everybody is different, then the fact the the preparation can be different from one another make perfect sense. Some people will love to slide in the unknown whereas other will want to be prepared. And that is totally okay for everybody. That what means we are different.
Now defining life on that difference and implying a whole life based on that, is way to much. You can obviously have you own opinion, but this is not the ONLY opinion. You don't know people life. Therefore, it is better to do not judge. Knowing the questions can either be an avantage or a disadvantage depending on people. The moment you realise it, you are well off. And you don't know either who will be taken at the end or not, otherwise you won't be here.
Let us chill all of us, and respect everybody opinion. We can obviously diverge and that is fine. But judging and deciding the fate of people won't help neither of us. And let us be cautious about who we are minimising. Your four last sentences are out of context and mean, in my opinion.
Whether we make or not, we are great in our own! The results of this process, be good or bad, do not define our whole life. At least, it is what I believe. Good luck to everybody!
Yeah. I hope you can say the same to the panels if they ask you about your experience with the digital interview
How long is typically the wait from hirevue to panel interview invite or a rejection lol ? Any idea ?I received the email for my panel interview 50+ days after the hireview deadline
This is, of course, from last year. I'm assuming this year, it will take a month or so. Late October/early November realistically

How do they conduct assessment tests virtually? Did you form groups? What kind of questions were asked?

If you are selected for further assessment, you will get directions.
