Hi, I do not think anyone could give you a clear answer to your question except insiders from the YPP. But if I were you I would rest on the fact that it's not only about Eve league degrees but relevant experience, recommendations, and other qualifications that can make your candidacy successful.
for what it's worth, know that there are a lot of young professionals from the Least developed countries that have been educated in prestigious universities in Europe and the United States.

I would also add that it's not so much the ivy league school that matters, but just going to a prestigious school to begin with is an indicator of talent and being smart. But the things you did when you went to the school probably matter more than the school itself

"The candidates invited for this phase will receive an e-mail asking them to provide preferences for the interview day from a group of available time slots. After that, the interview team will send a confirmation with the final interview date and time.
The questions are similar to the ones asked in the digital interview, combining behavioral and technical questions. For this one, however, expect higher-level technical questions! There are various ways to conduct a selection interview. The World Bank YPP uses a semi-structured interview combining different methods, which are the traditional, brain teaser and the behavioral event interview. This interview is generally conducted by a panel of three (3) World Bank specialists and seeks to analyze technical and behavioral aspects and the candidate’s problem-solving capacity. Candidates should bear in mind that the three main competencies sought by the World Bank are client orientation, professional expertise and team leadership.
The World Bank YPP interview seeks to evaluate:
