My 3rd, i went till the panel.Best of Luck. First and last time for me. I will be over age next year. This is such an emotionally draining process.

Why are you so mean?
I was in this forum last year and it was very helpful as nearly evry one was honest. but this year there is so many people looking to disturb other.
if you are doing this, that just mean you arent good enough to fit the YPP so you try to destabilize others...

I agree. It even becomes difficult to know who to trust.
Also, a reminder, if we go to the panel interview we will also have group assignments where we need to work together as a team. We can all practice that here by using honest and kind to each other.

I just recieved an email with instruction for the panel interview. can't tell more as they said on the email we can't disclose any informations.

It’s going to be a while till we hear back from WBG guys, last year they only got back by late January for panel interviews across IBRD MIGA IFC profiles. Everybody on this forum died of anxiety for months, so unless WBG is extremely efficient this year (which is unlikely), just calm down, meditate, plan a vacation and enjoy the holiday season, if you don’t want to end up going crazy in the process. Save some anxiety for when the ‘real’ panel emails start going out!
