hi guys!
I wonder how regular application are treated at WB-- (excuse-me for making this question on this forum).
Is the process also very leght?
How long after the interview the candidate start working?
any additional insight will be apreciated.
ThanksIt isn't as long, no. More like a normal job application. They should be able to tell you the expected timeline, though this might vary depending on the GP and project.

Got an email from the global head of one of the GPs that interviewed me. We met in person 3 months ago, and I sent an email back then but never got a response until yesterday. They're offering to put me in touch with someone in their team to learn more about the work they're doing.
Hopeful me thinks this means that I made it onto the list of "hireable" applicants? Can't think of what else would've made this extremely busy person dig up my 3-month old email.
All further context I'll give is: they asked for extra references during on-site interview (DC), and I know they talked to at least 2 out of 7 of them.

That’s indeed a good sign. Congratulations!
