STC/ETC/even Economist are all eligible to apply
Thank you!
Mine were technical panel interviews with topics relating to the core competencies of the JD, plus one or two generic behaviorial qs. Study up on what the hiring unit is working on/ their policy priorities. If you can work these into your responses that will impress them.
OFFTOPIC: do you guys know how long it takes to get contacted for a first round interview for normal (i.e. not YPP) positions at WB? I see some of you having (first round?) interviews months after the deadline for application.
It varies but I have interviewed for several non YPP this cycle, usually it was about 1-2 months.
Thanks. Any hints on the process? Is it a simple interview? Or case study? Or logical/behavioural type tests?
Thanks a lot. So it's normally one of such interviews and that's it? Interesting, I would have expected several rounds... do you know if for non-YPP positions they require reference letters as well?
Well, it looks we're at least Stat rep on the expected gender ratio.
In my interview group, we were 50/50 (except that we are actually an odd number so 1 more male)
Yeah likewise for mine;I asked this question to gauge whether the participants in this forum reflect that.

It indicates the last time the application files were accessed and modified (i.e., rejections and further shortlistings)
